I have spoken to so many talented educators and coaches struggling with these same challenges. They have incredible knowledge and skills, but they are hesitant to put themselves out there. They want to make a difference, but they don't know how to navigate the vast sea of strategies and options available to them.

Let me share a little personal story with you. When I created my first website in 2022, it took me a whopping six months before I felt safe enough to include a personal photo of myself. Can you believe it? 😅 But now, one year later, I'm posting pictures of myself on all of my social media profiles, in my Facebook group, and even on one LinkedIn post (baby steps)! It's amazing how our sense of safety can evolve over time.
