Welcome to Your Digital Garden Membership, a supportive community designed to help you achieve your business goals while aligning with your values. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility
To join Your Digital Garden Membership, you must be at least 18 years old. We welcome members from around the world, and we're excited to connect with a diverse, global community.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
a. Membership fees are €27 per month. Payment is due on the same day of each month. e.g. If you first paid on the 17th of the month, it will always be due on the 17th each month.
b. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard and Stripe (see Terms of Service).
c. Your membership fee is non-refundable, but you can cancel your membership at any time.
4. Membership Duration
Your membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan, and will continue until you choose to cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
a. To cancel your membership, go to account settings in your member dashboard and follow the steps. Your membership will end at the close of your current billing period, but you'll have full access until then.
b. If you cancel your membership, you won't be billed for future months, but no refunds will be provided for the current month.
6. Code of Conduct
In Your Digital Garden Membership, we cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment. You agree to:
a. Be kind, supportive, and respectful of other members.
b. Refrain from sharing any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
c. Respect the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared within the group.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All materials provided to you as part of the membership remain the intellectual property of Your Digital Garden and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
b. You are encouraged to use the knowledge and strategies gained within the membership to enhance your own business.
8. Limitation of Liability
Your Digital Garden is committed to providing valuable support and resources, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results for your business. We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your membership.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and they will become effective 30 days after the notification.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, where "Getting Connected di Fidge Teresa" is based.
